Dealesville - Lejweleputswa (formerly GoldFields) - Free State - South Africa
This settlement was started by a John Henry Deale, on his farm Klipfontein and became a municipality in 1914.
Dealesville is both a farming area and an area of salt pans.
There are also some thermal springs in the area, for example Florisbad, named for the developer Floris Venter, which is about 35 km away, as well as Baden Baden which is 15 km away.
Florisbad came to notice in 1932 when Professor Thomas Dryer found the fossil of the Florisbad man here.
This skull dated back more than 40000 years.
